Forge FE4-329A
HASCO FORGE FE4-329A is a water-based, heavy-duty lubricant designed for difficult hydraulic press operations in aluminum and some titanium applications. Since the product produces lower emissions as compared to oil-based products, operator acceptance is generally high. This is the product of choice where die temperatures are between 700 F and 750 F.
503B Rust Preventative
Hasco 503B Rust Preventative is a light viscosity corrosion prevention fluid specifically designed to meet the SCAQMD VOC standards. 503B utilizes the water-displacing additives and rust inhibitors seen in solvent-based products while maintaining an acceptable VOC level. 503B leaves a thin, oily film that can be easily removed with a light alkaline cleaner. The high flash point reduces the need for expensive fire suppression equipment typically needed with solvent-based rust preventatives.
