Iloform TRS 186 is a synthetic, oil-dispersing fluid designed to meet the requirements of mechanical tube forming. Iloform TRS 186 features exceptional detergency to keep tubes and forming rolls free of mill oil and scale and extended rust protection. Its unique formulation provides excellent lubrication without tube slippage on the mill rolls. Iloform TRS 186 is designed to meet the requirements of carbon steel mechanical tube forming and offers corrosion resistance that is better than typical tube mill fluids for improved quality and appearance. It remains stable in both hard and soft water conditions, prevents selective depletion of key fluid components, and has exceptional bio-resistance, providing long central system life in high contamination environments.
