Hasco Gun Drill 429
Product Description
Hasco Gun Drill 429 is developed to meet exacting requirements of deep-hole drilling where the toughness, not the hardness, of the metal is the important factor. Gun Drill 429 cont ains exceptionally high levels of chlorine, sulfur and fat.

Features
• Enables tool engineer to meet demanding requirements for extreme dimensional accuracy and low micro finish
• Frequently eliminates need for further finishing
• Extremely high anti-weld properties prevent burnishing or tearing wall finish
• Excellent penetrating and wetting action to reach chip interface
• Small chips or particles settle quickly
• Permits higher surface feet per minute on metals that are highly abrasive and easily work-hardened
• Dissipates heat faster than heavier oils and thus avoids distortion of the work piece
• Flows freely and gives better chip removal
• Provides exceptional protection to the outer corner of the drill, keeping wear at a minimum
