Hasco X-8277 is a thixotropic, general purpose rust preventative that provides a thick coating on metal surfaces. Hasco X-8277 provides excellent corrosion protection and lubrication for light duty metal forming operations. Due to its thixotropic properties, the resultant coating is self-forming.
Since Hasco X-8277 is thixotropic, it is a thick gel when stationary and becomes a fluid when mixed. X-8277 can be swabbed, brushed or sprayed on steel parts when mixed.
